Description
The SmartFace brings the Facial Recognition into the Nedap’s Aeos access control system. It is easy to integrate and to use with your existing access control use case. Use the camera’s ability to identify you instead (or on top) of the physical tokens and cards.
A wide variety of use cases is supported - anything from access control to your premises whether it is your office, commercial space, warehouse, factory, hotel or personal premises to more specific use cases such as the Nedap Locker solution. You can add an additional layer of security to your installation, including the 2 step verification. This way you can be sure that the person requesting access is actually the right person.

WatchList Autolearn
Over time, the biometric template of a person is automatically and dynamically updated, ensuring exceptional accuracy even with a face mask on or when an individual’s face attributes gradually change over time.
Liveness Detection
Utilizing our passive liveness check and real-time notifications, SmartFace can reliably detect spoofing attempts and prevent unauthorized access to premises.
Face & Appearance Search
To provide easy visitor registration, you can integrate remote onboarding into your application. Visitor is verified using ID with face verification, and passive liveness detection to be sure that the visitor is who they claim to be.
Edge to Cloud architecture
Video streams are processed on edge devices resulting in a dramatic reduction of bandwidth requirements and savings on server resources required at the central site.
User Syncing between SmartFace and Aeos
Both systems are synced automatically in the background bringing seamless and effortless experience. Everyday users will continue working with their Aeos installation, no need to learn new tricks.
