Data storage settings govern what the platform keeps, for how long, and how it is protected — the levers behind the data tiers.
Storage tier
The tier determines whether verification data persists beyond a session:
- Session-based — nothing is kept after the session; the lightest privacy footprint.
- Stored — Customer and Digital Identity records, captured images, and audit history are retained, unlocking the back office and fraud tooling.
The tier is part of the Company's plan; this page reflects the active tier and its implications.
