Smart Corridors
Smart Corridors provide seamless, contactless identity verification with face biometrics for high-throughput environments such as border crossings, airports, and secure facilities. The solution performs real-time facial recognition with liveness check while individuals move through a designated corridor, eliminating the need to stop for manual identity checks. Travelers are matched against pre-enrolled or document-linked identity data while moving, with each person classified as a known or unknown entity.
Built on the shared platform
The corridor and the Biometric E-Gates are two form factors of the same platform: the Smart Corridor & eGate Hub and its source systems serve both, with corridor units configured as TYPE=CORRIDOR. From capability to event
Every capability above surfaces as a standardized notification: identification outcomes as identification.* topics, traveler presence as identity.* topics, and movement, counting, and behavior as zone.* topics. Consumers subscribe to exactly what they need through the Hub's single /graphql endpoint — the full list is in the Event Catalog.
Decisions stay downstream
The corridor observes, identifies, and reports; it does not make border-crossing decisions. Downstream systems — Innovatrics Border Control Platform or other border management systems — apply their own business rules to the event stream: routing known travelers onward, escalating unknown entities, or alerting officers on watchlist hits.
