Officer Monitoring App

The officer application visualizes real-time corridor events so border officers can monitor, interpret, and respond to what happens inside the corridor. Officers configure which event types to display, under which conditions, and in what order — one view or many, arranged to match the post's workflow.

Travelers Feed

The central view is a live feed of identifications (when a match is found), identities (when no match exists), and pedestrians avoiding identification. Each entry shows the captured face thumbnail and, on a match, the enrollment image side by side, together with highlights from metadata: watchlist member ID, name, watchlist, match score, estimated age and gender, and traveler details such as risk level, destination, and flight.

Traveler Detail

Expanding a feed entry opens the detail view with extended information: large-resolution images and additional detections or matches of the same person from other cameras along the corridor. This gives the officer the full observation context for a single traveler before deciding on an intervention.

Corridor Visualization (Floormap)

The floormap renders traveler positions inside the corridor in real time, based on multi-camera tracking data. It offers a high level of customization — rotation and expansion of width and height — so the on-screen layout can be aligned with the physical shape of the corridor and the officer's actual viewing position relative to it.

Flights Feed

For airport deployments, the flights feed lists recently landed flights within a configurable time window, each with flight information and progress statistics — for example, 10/180 passengers checked — so officers can see at a glance how far along each arriving flight's processing is.
